Small, rustic, historical apartment block. In the district of Nové Město, in the centre of Praha, in a central, quiet position in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 600 m from the river. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Shop 100 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bar, bakery 150 m, café 100 m, pub garden 1 km, tram "22" 600 m, bus stop "Myslíkova" 260 m, railway station "Hlavní nádraží" 2.5 km, underground station "Karlovo Náměstí" 600 m, grass beach "Žluté lázně" 6 km, park "Karlovo náměst" 600 m, diving center 20 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 6 km, sports centre 1 km, cable car 3 km. Upper floor: gallery 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 double bed and air conditioning. View of the city. Facilities: washing machine, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Fantastic place to stay. Perfect placement for a few days of sight seeing.
Booked to stay for the Prague half Marathon, and couldn't have found it easier to get around.
Stayed with my wife and 2 teenage children and it was perfect for what we needed.
Would definitely recommend.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Prager Neustadt, ist eine perfekte Ausgangsbasis, um die Alt- und Neustadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Straßenbahn ist auch nicht weit. Das Viertel mit seinen vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen und kleinen Läden ist auch sehr schön.
Die Wohnung liegt auf 2 Etagen unter dem Dach und ist auch mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Bis zu vier Personen können hier komfortabel wohnen. Ist alles für einen gelungenen Städteurlaub in der Wohnung vorhanden, auch eine Klimaanlage. Bestens!

Funktionales, gut ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr gute Lage in der Neustadt mit Cafés u.a. in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft (dadurch kann es nachts auch mal lauter sein), problemlose Übergabe

Incredibly located close to everything! Elevator and air-conditioning ... pluses I was not expecting. It made our stay in Prague wonderful. Thanks so much for having us!
