Thank you for the stay and hospitality. Especially meeting us at the Rialto dock on the day we arrived.Place was super clean and spacious for our family.The location was fantastic, so close to everything, it made for a wonderful stay in Venice

Andrew was an excellent host. Communicated very well and assisted with all questions, and navigating the city. Great location between Realto Bridge and St Mark’s. Very centrally located. Amazing view of small canal, we enjoyed watching gondola, and boats through. We would definitely stay here again! Grazie Andrew!

Apartment is in an amazing location close the everything. Getting lost in the Venice laneways was a joy as you could always find your way back. Anthony was helpful and accommodating.

The good: the host was fantastic. He came to meet us at Rialto and brought us directly the property. The location of the property is fantastic. The view of the canal was as promised. There is lots of space for a family of four and the separated rooms make it very livable. The bad: There is a lingering foul odour in the hallways and bathroom. The hot water did not work. Even after doing everything the host suggested there was no hot water to shower, wash hands or do dishes. The towels smelled like mildew and the hosts response was ‘no they don’t’. There was a broken chair and a ratty dish towel hanging in the sink. The noise starts around 5am with boats moving along the canal.For those going to Venice for the first time so would suggest staying away from any canal if you are looking for quiet past 6am.
