“La Tranquilla” apartment is an excellent choice for lovers of art and history who also want to enjoy the typically elegant Florentine hospitality.
It is located in a magnificent historic building, protected by the Fine Arts Association. Just in the center of Florence at only 200 meter distance from the famous Duomo. It has two levels connected by some quite narrow stairs, it\'s comfortable , quiet, safe and elegantly furnished.
You will be impressed with its magnificent kitchen, its leaving room with warm and relaxing colours and a wooden beamed ceiling, its flowered balcony: a home to live and love like your own!

Great location to the center of Florence. We enjoyed the quiet of the apartment after seeing the sights of the city & the interior balcony. Bedrooms had A/C splits which worked well for us in early June. I stayed with my partner & 2 young kids who shared the upstairs bedroom. There is a winding staircase up to the apartment & a narrow straight staircase up to the second bedroom but it is Italy.. so kinda expected that.

This is a nice property for a family. The only reason I did not give all 5 was due to the fact we could not get ahold of anyone to let us in for almost an hour and the elevator/lift was broken (with no repair seeming to be done), and this peppery is on the top floor up a spiral staircase which was difficult with larger bags.
