Stylish apartment in a historic building with 2 bedrooms and a balcony—200 meters from the Elbe—close to downtown

Charming 3-room apartment right near the Elbe (200 meters) in the beautiful urban neighborhood of Dresden Pieschen. 72 square meters, 3 rooms, bathroom, and kitchen with a chic built-in kitchen, perfect for a short or longer stay in Dresden for one to a maximum of four guests.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building constructed during the Gründerzeit era. It features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and retro refrigerator. From the balcony, you can look out onto the quiet, overgrown courtyard and relax on a pallet couch.
In the living area, you’ll find a large wooden table with 4 chairs, a two-seater sofa, a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, and, of course, free Wi-Fi. Throughout the entire apartment, you can choose between indirect lighting or the dimmable ceiling spotlights. The bathroom, which features an open shower, has a modern mirror with LED lighting. After unlocking the apartment with the key stored in the key safe in the mailbox, you can start your day by making yourself a latte macchiato, cappuccino, or another coffee using the Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine provided. Or you can simply grab a cold beer from the retro fridge!
The following sleeping arrangements are available:
- In bedroom 1, a double bed (160x200) with a cold-foam mattress.
- In bedroom 2, a four-poster bed (180x200) with a cold-foam mattress.
The price includes bed linens, towels, internet (100k), as well as the costs for electricity, water, and heating.
Bring your bikes! The apartment comes with a lockable basement storage unit.
Pets are generally not allowed.

Really nice space in a pleasant if quiet part of town. You're staying among the locals. Nice little pub resto across the street. Good transit access to city centre museum scene; we walked the distance once. The apartment involves plenty of stairs. We really enjoyed the picturesque nearby riverbank and the Eselnest donkey space; local kids were loving it. Nearby food shopping had most everything we needed.
