1 Bedroom Apartment on the ground floor, located in an urbanization, one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve. São Rafael urbanization has swimming pools, gardens and bar. It is located near the beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes, just a few minutes from the Center and the Albufeira Marina.
The apartment consists of: Living room; Interior Bedroom; Balcony; Equipped kitchen; Bathroom with shower.

This pleasant apartment on the ground floor is located in an urbanization, one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve. The urbanization has gardens lawns, 1 children's swimming pool and 1 large swimming pool with several sun loungers; bar with terrace and leisure space. It is located only 300m from the two wonderful beaches of São Rafael - Praia dos Arrifes and Praia Grande, 3km from the center of Albufeira and a few minutes from the Albufeira Marina.
The apartment is composed of: Entrance hall, Living room equipped with a sofa bed of 2 seats, Smart TV (Portuguese channels), dining table with 4 chairs and air conditioning; Interior Bedroom equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe; Balcony equipped with a table and 4 chairs; Equipped kitchen with Washing machine, Dishwasher, Fridge with freezer, Electric oven and hob, Microwave, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, Toaster, Hand blender; The Bathroom has a shower, and it is equipped with hair dryer and socket.
