We welcome you to our spacious vacation apartments, located in a quiet setting at
, just 3 km from Lake Constance in the idyllic town of Überlingen-Hödingen.
We built our home in 2000 and have lovingly designed a vacation apartment just for you.
The spacious vacation apartment, approximately 100 m² spread over two floors (upper floor and attic), is suitable for people with allergies (unfortunately, pets are not allowed), and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
The rooms are large and bright, fully equipped with laminate flooring, ensuring everything stays clean and hygienic.
With 3 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, we can accommodate up to 7 people—
—making it ideal for extended families, families with grandparents, or groups of friends.
A fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a dishwasher awaits you and offers plenty of space to cook delicious meals.
One large bathroom with ample storage on the upper floor, featuring a shower, two sinks, and a toilet (no bathtub), and a small bathroom with a children’s shower, a wash area, and a toilet in the attic.
There’s a small balcony where you can sunbathe or sit together comfortably in the evening.
A free parking space is available in our courtyard.
Dear guests, please bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you wish, you can book these on-site. Tourist taxes are also payable on-site.
