The apartment is set back a second row from the street, making it very quiet and offering a unique panoramic view. To enjoy these benefits, you’ll need to climb a few stairs to reach the apartment, so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues. A walk-in shower, a high-quality built-in kitchen with a cooking and dining island, and a sauna* are just a few of the many highlights.
There is a lockable storage area for bicycles and e-bikes.
On the day of check-in, a tourism and climate protection tax amounting to 5.6% of the "gross" nightly rate must be paid in person to the host.
