Unique newly renovated apartments in historical stone house fantastically located in the Old town with just one step from the Stradun main street!
Both apartments are renovated in July 2020 with new triple glazed windows that eliminate the noise of happy tourists enjoying the Old town area. Welcome and enjoy your stay at our place!
Apartments Old town top spot are located in the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There are two apartments that have inside connecting door in case of larger group booking both. Each apartment is suitable for max. 4 people. These unique apartment have the best advantage that some apartment in Dubrovnik Old town can have - not a lot of stairs! Situated on the first floor, each one is spreading on around 41 m2. First floor means one floor above ground floor where is main entrance to building. Apartments consist of living room area, bedroom equipped with a king-size bed 180x200 cm as well as with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Elegant furniture and modern design make this apartment a pleasant and charming stay. Every apartment offers free WiFi, two air conditions, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, two flat screen TVs, microwave. The apartments are not adapted for wheelchair users, as there are stairs (15 steps total) to the first floor with no elevator.

Perfectly located, Apartments Old town top spot are situated just a few steps away from Stradun, the main street in Dubrovnik Old town, numerous restaurants, beaches, galleries and all the historical monuments and museums. The House is easily accessible from all the entrances to the Old Town – less then 5 minutes by foot. Unfortunately, house is not accessible by car, as the cars are not allowed to enter the historic center of Dubrovnik.

New apartment very well equipped for two people. Everything needed to make own breakfast and basic meals including some supplies. Tricky to get into, taxi has to drop outside old town, complicated process to get key; only one key. Great location in the old town.

Tomo was an excellent host and responded immediately when I had questions. His access instructions were easy for the apartment.

For starters, the owner gives great explicit directions for getting to and accessing the apartment. Its just a very short walk into the walled city from the Pile Gate on a very cute narrow side "street" , and despite being just off the Stradun, with bar and restaurant right outside the building door, the apartment was very quite. Its a basic apartment (BR, K/LR, and bath), nothing lavish, but roomy and very clean and up to date. If/when we come back to Dubrovnik, I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Very clean, quiet and functional. Location was perfect. The owners arranged for transportation to and from the apartment. They also escorted us with our luggage to the apartment. Its close to the city gate, short walk and few stairs to climb to the apartment. Need to keep the windows closed as its in a restaurant area. Lots a excellent restaurants to choose close by. Communication with the owner was excellent. Thank you Anita for a memorable stay.
