Villa Sicutti is located in the surroundings of Svetvinčenat and is a suitable starting point for an active holiday.The villa has three bedrooms located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the covered terrace and the pool area. The living room is equipped with a SMART TV, and the entire property is air-conditioned.The outdoor area features a heated infinity pool with sun loungers. There is a lawn area next to the pool, while the covered terrace is equipped with outdoor seating. The terrace also features an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue area and is suitable for outdoor dining and leisure.The villa is located approximately 1 km from Svetvinčenat and Morosini-Grimani Castle, one of the town's notable historical landmarks. Svetvinčenat is known for its Renaissance architecture, central town square, Morosini-Grimani Castle, and various cultural and traditional events. Larger Istrian towns and cities, such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, are approximately 30-35 km away. Distances: post office 1500m, emergency room 27000m, gas station 8000m, restaurant 2300m, shop 1500m, center 1500m, sea 22000m, beach 22000m, airport 35000m.

This villa was ideally appointed. Beautifully designed and decorated. One of three properties in a cul de sac in a rural setting. Plenty of outdoor seating facilities to read and relax. All in all a suprerb choice. Thank you Igor for your hospitality.

A beautiful, peaceful property set in the countryside just outside the village of Svetvincenat. Central location on Istrian peninsula enabling easy access to both east and west coasts. The villa is well-equipped and the outside pool and sun deck are lovely. There is a separate BBQ and external eating area as well for hot nights outside. A really lovely property. The owners, Igor and Sanja couldn't have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Lindsay & Andy

Just had the most wonderful week in Svetvincenat-the villa is superb and the owner, Igor, was very friendly and helpful. The villa was spotless, very modern with some lovely features, great colour changing lights which our daughters loved! We found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the lovely pool and house but there is a lot to see and do within a half hour drive if you are looking for a bit more to do. The barbecue, outdoor hob and sink make al fresco dining easy and the house has everything you need. We would highly recommend the villa and hope to return for another holiday soon. Thanks Igor.

Wonderfoll House, charmant interor, Designed with Love, sleeping Rooms so that no One is disturbed by another one, each with bathroom beside.
Nice outdoor kitchen and place to eat there. A Great Place to sit in shadow and the wonderful Pool.
