This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Mesa’s Dobson Ranch sleeps 8 and comes with a pedal boat for the neighborhood lake. About 10 minutes to Sloan Park (Cubs) and 15 to Hohokam Stadium (Athletics), with ASU, Sky Harbor and Old Town Scottsdale all close by.
The kind of home you leave saying “let’s book this same place for next year”, here’s your chance to unwind at this stunning Arizona inspired getaway. Dip into the sparking pool or relax in the soothing spa. Gather around the outdoor fire pit after a game of volleyball or mini golf. Rack up the billiards for a game of pool, fire up the retro arcade or stream a movie on one of the many smart TVs for an evening in with friends and family. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the four person peddle boat for strolls on the private lake which is surrounded by miles of paved walking paths, and access to basketball and tennis courts. If you prefer convenience, take advantage of the shopping, dining, and amenities with Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, PHX and spring training facilities and golfing only minutes away. Please note, the pool does not have a heater. But the hot tub remains hot 24/7.

We had a chance to visit with our Phoenix family and play games on New Years Eve. We stayed outside most of the night. Great place to reconnect!

This is the place for family and friends to gather for a great bonding experience. Open spacious floorplan, love the outdoor lighting, pet friendly! They thought if everything. Even access to the lake and pickle ball. Definitely would stay again. TJR

We really enjoyed this house. It was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many things to do and games to play for all ages that it kept everyone busy and having fun. It was recently remodeled and updated, looks great, and was very clean. We would gladly book again the next time we’re in Phoenix.

Check in went very smoothly. The house was well kept and supplied with most things. There was only 1 extra roll of TP so a supply of TP would be nice. Also, the kitchen floor looked clean until we had to wipe up a little spill and noticed the whole floor needed mopping, and some of the kitchen drawers had crumbs and looked dirty. The panel that is broken in hot tub needs fixing and curtain rod in little room off kitchen is broken. These are just little things but do make a difference. We definitely would stay again at this house.
