A wonderful, new suite in the city center of Syracuse.
The apartment is located on the city’s main street, where you’ll find many shops, bars, supermarkets, and restaurants.
From the suite, you can reach Ortygia Island (the old town, with its historical monuments, beaches, and nightlife) in just a 10-minute walk.
The archaeological park and the archaeological museum are also less than 1 km away, and the nearest beach is a 10-minute walk from the suite.
The Suite is completely self-contained and was renovated in July 2019. It is fully furnished with brand-new furniture and appliances.
In the living room/dining area, there is a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps up to two people. The large bedroom features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress for the best possible sleep.
The private bathroom is equipped with bathroom fixtures, a shower, a sink, and a hair dryer.
The apartment has its own heating system, as well as air conditioning in every room.
To maximize our guests’ comfort, the roller shutters are electric.
The entertainment system includes a 55-inch Ultra HD 4K smart TV with access to Netflix and an Amazon Echo speaker featuring the voice-controlled intelligent personal assistant Alexa. The apartment also has a high-speed fiber-optic internet connection.
Lastly, a Nespresso coffee maker with capsules is available for our guests.
The Suite is equipped with electronic remote control systems for check-in (self-check-in), allowing you to access the suite independently regardless of your arrival time on any day of the year.
Guests will have access to the suite and to the entire large terrace (over 400 square meters) connected to it. The terrace is partially shared with guests staying in other suites within the property.
The suite is located in the center of Syracuse’s main street, in an area with shops, a supermarket (two within 100 m), and every other necessary service. The bus stop for the shuttle to Catania Airport and city buses is less than 100 m away, and the train station is about 300 m away.

Large apartment conveniently located to many restaurants, pastry and ice cream shops and walking distance to Ortigia and the archeological park. Clear self check-in instructions were provided. There is a shared washing machine on the same floor as the apartment with detergent provided. Also air driers provided on the shared terrace. The terrace was expansive. Bathroom was also large and stocked with toiletries. Modern kitchen and large living room. Everything was functioning and as described. The host was very responsive regarding parking in the area and street parking was ok to to find within a block or two. The curtains were an added bonus as they were good at blocking light. Overall great stay and would definitely stay there again!

A very well-equipped suite in a central location on Siracusa. Walking distance to Ortigia for the restaurants in the evening. The apartment is also situated at walking distance to the Siracusa ancient ruins, which shouldn’t be missed if you stay here.
A good and large food store is located on the main street less than 5 minutes away, so it is very convenient for you. The fridge is large, so it is possible to be self-catering if you prefer to do so.
There is also possibility to use a washing machine in a room down the hall and this is very convenient, when you do a long stay. Check-in and check-out went very well, and the host is very helpful with all your questions.
There is a terrace with some outdoor furniture to be used, but I personally found it to be a bit too exposed (sun and cover) to use it more than I did.
The place is highly recommended.
