The studio apartment on the ground floor offers comfortable accommodation for up to three people on 40 m² and is located only about 300 metres from the nearest gravel beach. The location is ideal for guests who appreciate short distances to the sea, the supermarket and the town centre. A covered terrace with seating provides additional space for relaxing outdoors.



The open living and sleeping area is functionally designed and features SAT-TV, air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and all important cooking and dining utensils. A dining table for three people is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, window and hairdryer, and a private washing machine is additionally available.



WiFi, electricity, water, bedding, towels, kitchen towels, and heating are included in the stay. A parking space is located directly at the house.
