The garden is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy, while the safe parking spaces add to your peace of mind. On the terrace, you'll find a gas grill, a table, and 10 chairs, perfect for dining or enjoying the outdoors.
The ground floor boasts a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, a billiards table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 10 people. On the first floor, you'll find bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.
