Detached house with a private pool divided into two apartments: The first floor measures approximately 90 square meters and features a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a veranda with a table and chairs—offering comfort and tranquility for guests, including space for a barbecue, plus convenient on-site parking. The first-floor apartment is available upon request and must be arranged separately with the host if needed for large families.
Close to the park, 1.5 km from Caprino, 5 minutes from Lake Garda, and near Mount Baldo. The city of Verona is 30 km away, and Venice and Milan are both two hours away. Within 10 km are the Gardaland amusement park, Movie-Land, Caneva, Rio Valli, and Safari Park.
Conveniently located near the bike path, supermarkets, and the Affi shopping center.

A nice house located next to a busy road and with the owner living upstairs. The owner was extremely discreet and friendly. All in all a good house with a nice garden.Close to Verona, Lake Garda and great hiking opportunities
