A wonderful spacious home for our large family. We had infants to grandparents and all were happy. Well stocked kitchen. Great location

We (8 adults and 2 children) stayed at the Bear Tracks for 2 nights and wish we had a few more days, there was so much to do! The space was very adequate for our group. Kitchen had everything you could need. There were multiple levels to this home with the bedrooms spread out on each level, and each spacious bedroom had its own bathroom. Plenty of places to gather on each level. My 3 yo granddaughter was excited to see that there were toys to play with in the living room and media room. The neighborhood was quiet and we even had a visit from a female moose on our first day! Home was close to shopping and the gondola. The only thing I wish the home had was more outdoor space. I will definitely book this home again when coming back to Breckenridge!The property management was great! My only recommendation to them is that the carpets and area rugs could use a cleaning. Word of caution to anyone that is not familiar with altitude changes. Breckenridge is over 9K in elevation. Our east coast family suffered the worst on the first day and because the home has multiple levels, climbing the stairs was rough. It was a bit of a challenge even for those of us that live in the Denver area ( and it was not an age thing, the east coasters are under 35). A few more days and we would have completely adjusted. Make sure to buy Oxygen Boost at the local store as a rescue.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very well appointed and literally had everything you could have wanted in a home. The variety of dishes in the kitchen to the toiletries supplied throughout the house made the stay super easy. The hosts communicated and the check-in was extremely easy. Our family of 16 felt very comfortable and everyone had their own space. The hot tub as well as the pool table and theater room were a hit with our grandchildren. We also had a daily visit from a mama moose as well as her twins which was a big hit.

Very nice home. Furniture is worn out. Home was not cleaned well. We cleaned the walls and cabinets as well as take out the previous guest's trash. The steam room, hot tub, and communication from the management company were great. The unit is close enough to walk to the ski trail.
