You have found it! This is a wonderful, spacious, light-flooded villa. Perfect for a great family holiday. Apart from the fact that Villa Luka is really stylishly built and decorated, the location is also just great.
From here you can leave your car in the car park and walk to the heart of the town, the long pebble beaches, grocery shops and restaurants.
The villa is furnished in a combination of rustic and modern design. Large windows give the place plenty of natural light and brightness.
All 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a TV to complete the comfort. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, making the villa even more suitable for families with children. The dining and living room are also located on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. If you would like to enjoy your meals outside, you are very welcome to do so. Outside the villa there is a barbecue and a large dining area. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the terrace and relax by the pool on the sun loungers.
Children have their own fun area - a small house and a playground made just for them.
Do you like active holidays? No problem! For more fun and activities, you can go cycling or play table tennis. After a great ride or game, relax in the sauna located on the ground floor.
You are cordially invited to enjoy your stay and return to this beauty.Fazana: You have heart palpitations in this stone nest, you are proud of the long fishing tradition and delighted by the atmosphere at the first handshake, where every guest becomes a neighbour and friend and thus part of a big family! The town of Fazana, located near Pula, with its beaches, pine forests, beach boulevards and seaside restaurants, is the perfect place for relaxation and fun: It is also the starting harbour for the islands of Brijuni the national park with the attributes of an earthly paradise. We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location is unbeatable - just a 10-minute walk to the beach with beautiful landscapes. The villa itself was perfect in every way and I would rate it 10/10. The highlight for me was definitely the beautiful pool. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway. The owner of this villa was very kind and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the villa's dog-friendly atmosphere was a pleasant surprise, allowing our furry friends to enjoy the vacation with us. It truly felt like a home away from home, so we thank you for this amazing experience.

Super! Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
