Quiet, at the end of a dead end, served by a private road for the use of 3 houses.
Private pool 8m x 3.5m, heated to 28 °C (from the end of March to the beginning of November (without added cost - Other periods on request and with an added cost).
Land 1129m2 (not enclosed), terraces with tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue or plancha.
Sleeps: 5 bedrooms for 12 people + 1 sofa bed for 2 people
Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds 90x200cm (can be combined into 1 bed of 180cm), air conditioning
Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds 90x200cm (can be combined into 1 bed of 180cm)
Bedroom 3 : 2 single beds 90x200cm (can be combined into 1 bed of 180cm)
Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds 80x200cm (can be combined into 1 bed of 160cm) + 2 bunk beds 90x200cm

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is very clean and pool was so warm. Stephanie was brilliant, always at the end of the phone to help. The views are beautiful from the terrace. We were 2 family’s staying and there was definitely enough space for us all. The town is very lively lots going on in the evenings, we were lucky to go down both evenings where a live band was playing in the harbour.

Amazing views out to sea. Fantastic pool, as warm as promised. Wifi was very good. Beds comfortable. Owner was responsive.
The two toilets don't have basins in those cloakrooms. You have to walk to the other bathrooms to wash your hands.

We had a beautiful stay up in the hills above Cavalaire. Lovely swimming pool, a good equipped holiday house, that offers lots of space and sleeping rooms on 2 levels for larger families or groups. Beautiful view from the terrace. Everything easy to reach.
