This was a very comfortable and spacious apartment that exceeded my expectations. It is very good value for money given the high quality of the rooms and amenities. The old town is a fairly short walk (15 minutes), crossing some busy roads but pedestrian crossings are clearly marked and (unlike other parts of Italy) most Verona drivers are respectful towards pedestrians.

Whilst the accommodation's contacts were as helpful as they could be, having lost my credit card, I had difficulty paying the Tourist Tax via the payment site I was directed to, and this was seemingly needed before getting access to the apartment. A note in the apartment suggested I could have left cash in the apartment upon checking out, which would have saved a lot of inconvenience had I known about this option.

I loved how available the host was. They provided prompt responses every time I sent a message, which made my stay stress-free!

The place was so clean and has everything we needed for our stay. We had an issue with the lock on the door and the staff were very helpful and patient with us and available to contact late at night. The property was a 10 minute walk from the station and around 20 minute walk to the city centre which was really helpful.

The shower head was quite blocked with limescale so couldn’t be used on full pressure or would leak everywhere but other than that everything was very clean.
