Incredibile

The elegant and comfortable facilities, in addition to the privacy of the residential complex and that it was just like the photos

All was great

Left a sour taste

Beautiful apartment. Very modern. Beautiful pool area.

Despite being very new, the apartment seems to have a serious lack of electrical sockets. Or else they hide them very well. Check in says 1400-2300 but when i messaged, i was told 1600. I told them i would arrive as per Booking.com 1400. Check out is at 10am, way too early. On check in, no one arrived as suggested in the earlier correspondence but there was a request to send photo of passport to a mobile number. Not comfortable sending childrens' personal data in that fashion. So sent mine & gave dob for kids. Keys were in a lock box that didn't need a code, we never entered one. Seemed a bit insecure. Can't understand having a beautiful green area that has a sign "not for walking across, not for animals, not for football". What is it for then? Check out was not good. We left keys where we found them in an unlocked box. Owner rang me in a panic a few hours later, saying there were no keys, clearly thinking I'd run off with them. He demanded i turn on my camera to "look at me". I was driving so didn't do that. He continued to call & call & asked why i wasn't answering him. When i finally stopped the car, i sent him a photo of where I'd left the keys (NB always take a photo). He said it was the wrong spot, i believe it's the exact spot i got them the day before. He insisted his box had a combination, i insisted we didn't use one on entry. He was beyond rude. I told him he needed to show some manners to his guests. In addition, he had sought the tourist tax which was outlined at the bottom of a very long message, which i didn't fully read, so hadn't left it. Again an accusatory tone & an assumption that i had run on my payment. I paid this by paypal that evening. There's also construction going on just over the boundary wall. Didn't bother us, but might bother some. The whole experience was unsettling & left a sour taste in my mouth.

Mooi appartement

Alles was ok
