The apartment is new and clean, fully furnished with everything you need. The check-in process is very simple and the instruction they give you are clear. The metro station is 15 minutes away which is very convenient.

Не ми хареса, че машината за издаване на карти за достъп ни издаде една карта за двама човека. При поискавне на допълнителна крата, момчето което отговаряше ни издаде чип за достъп, но съществуващата карта бе блокирана и не работеше, така отново останахме с един вариант на достъп до стаята.

We liked that it was a complete package: full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, plates, glasses, utensils, (quality ware, not plastic) etc. It also had a washing machine, A/C that worked, comfortable beds.
The location was about an 8 minute walk from the main tram line and a Billa supermarket.
Two things: (1) the shower leaked onto the floor and ran out into the entrance area. Not a big deal, but a bit of a nuisance because we had to use towels to sop it up (and block future leakage). (2) Though we alerted management to the problem, it was never addressed through new towels (the minimum response).
Given that the place is brand new, such problems are to be expected, and it did not detract (much) from our wonderful stay! Future guests might want to ask if the shower is still a problem.
(By the way, our other party, staying in the neighboring room, had a similar issue. Thus, the issue could be caused by how the shower stalls were installed and a problem in every unit.)

A pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro U3, zona tranquilla, parcheggio a 10€ al giorno prenotabile contattando la struttura, tutto molto pulito, balcone ampio, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Bar al piano terra aperto 7.30-19. Chiare le indicazioni per l’ingresso (ci sono il pin per l’ingresso sia pedonale che al parcheggio, poi il pin per la piccola cassaforte al piano terra dove si ritirano le chiavi, che si restituiscono poi nella cassetta postale). Prezzo buono.
Il divano letto è praticamente a terra, se avete difficoltà di mobilità può essere un problema. In generale è ben accessoriato, ma si può sempre migliorare ad esempio mancava un po’ di sale per cucinare, e per 3 giorni in 4 adulti c’erano solo 6 capsule di caffè.
