Location, amenities were mostly clean except the kitchen which was not completely clean. Both bathrooms was nice and large. Table if you need to work. WiFi is good.

Beds were comfortable but the bedding and cover is cheap synthetic material which irritates your skin while you sleep. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every footstep. There is a water pump located in the basement (these rooms are situated in basement) and every time a tap or shower is turned on in the upper levels of the building you hear the water pump work, and it lasts for minutes everytime it works. Then if you have neighbours who plan on partying all night in there room, forget about a restful nights sleep.
