Lage war top, Bad war sauber und schön, Balken zur Abdunkelung vom Zimmer waren vorhanden und sehr praktisch!
Hellhöriges Haus, sehr weiches/durchgelegenes Bett, Dusche hat nach Kanal gerochen.

The apartment is simply beautiful! The kitchen is small but very functional, which we especially appreciated. As a retired couple who travel for weeks and sometimes months at a time, we prepare many of our meals in the apartments where we stay. Todis Supermercato is an easy walk from the apartment and is a very nice grocery store, making shopping for meals convenient.
The location was excellent, with easy access to Palermo’s main attractions. While the area immediately outside the apartment is a bit gritty, we always felt safe in the neighborhood. Stepping inside was like entering a peaceful oasis away from the noise and bustle of Palermo.
During our visit, we frequently noticed graffiti stating, “Tourists Go Home.” While we sympathize with residents frustrated by overtourism, we believe that frustration should be directed toward local government rather than individual visitors.
On Thursday alone, approximately 13,000 cruise ship passengers arrived, followed by another 12,000 on Friday. Add those numbers to tourists arriving by air and ferry, and the crowds become overwhelming. We actually missed several sights because of excessive crowds and long lines.
Tourists contribute significantly to the local economy. Rather than blaming visitors, local authorities should take responsibility for managing tourism in a way that benefits residents while preserving the experience for visitors.
Despite the crowds, we enjoyed our time in Palermo, and the apartment was a wonderful place to return to after a day exploring the city.

Klein, aber sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt: Am Rande der Altstadt, also gerade noch mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar, und trotzdem super zentral. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe.
Beim Auschecken gib es ein kleines Missverständnis wegen der Uhrzeit. Aber das wurde sehr schnell geklärt.

Emplacement en plein centre, sécurisé avec entrée par QR code. C’est moderne mais ça fonctionne. A 50 m du train qui va direct à l’aéroport en 45mn. Bouilloire, cafetière et mini frigo. Petit balcon avec table et chaise. On a tout visité à pied.
