I became the owner of this vacation home by chance. Now I’ve brought the previous owner’s vision to life and tried to turn it into a little gem! Water is pumped into the house from a well. So, a word of caution for those who are sensitive! Electricity is generated by a solar system, and excess energy is stored in a battery for use at night. Both e-bikes and the electric car can be charged at the “jewel box” using a wallbox. Please inquire about the current rate. It’s located in an idyllic area and has been furnished with great care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. You’ll feel right at home the moment you step onto the property.
