This bright and modern 1-bedroom apartment is located in a fantastic neighborhood, offering a convenient base to explore Zurich.

A well-lit and modern apartment in a prime location, just steps from the lake, Old Town, and Zurich’s main attractions!
The flat is fully equipped with everything you need, and grocery stores are just around the corner. Public transport is only a few meters away, providing easy access to the rest of the city.

Please require the badge in advance if you need to use the washroom, I`m not able to provide it to you during the weekends and the holidays days.

Latest check out time is 10 am.
Make yourself at home, all we ask is hat you treat it as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building, please don`t disturb them with loud music, etc.
The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food. And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and in the building, 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke, thanks for your understanding.
No pets allowed, unless agreed with us prior to booking.
Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap. Towels and linen are provided.
You are not alone in the building, please respect the neighbors and reduce the noise after 10 pm, thank you.
Right, and finally here`s the fine print:
The apartment and furniture is handed over in working condition and duly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. In the case that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the change of the lock(s).

Clean and nice space. Great communication from property manager.

The location is perfect. A quick walk from the Stadelhof train station that has direct trains to Zurich Airport train station. It is two blocks from the lake with great swimming in the summer and near to the Art Museum. The apartment itself has a generous bedroom and a large living area. Actually is bigger in person than how it looks in the photos. All the rooms have large south facing windows so there is lots of light (if you prefer darker rooms there are roll down shutters that make it quite dark in you want to sleep in). Dimi - our host - is very responsive via text if you have any questions.
