HANARE by Tokyu Stay Kyoto Sanjo

We had a wonderful stay, we were in a signature family room and it had everything we needed for our family. It was all in one room but the use of space is very clever and we never felt crowded.

Staff was so kind and helpful! The hotel was clean and relaxing!

Didn’t opt for breakfast. Staff was very humble and polite. Free coffee whole day was amazing. Umbrellas on loan for outing during rains was a good experience

An Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at HANARE by Tokyu Stay and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully designed to make the stay comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, and the service was outstanding, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was superb, with great quality and variety, and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Having a washer/dryer and kitchenette in the room was also a fantastic bonus, especially for a longer stay. These little conveniences made such a big difference. We also really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary touches, including the free sake and snacks. It was a lovely gesture and added an extra special touch to the experience. Overall, HANARE by Tokyu Stay exceeded our expectations. It felt more like a comfortable home in Kyoto than a typical hotel, while still providing excellent hotel service. We were extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Kyoto. Highly recommended!
