Lorenzo was very attentive and usually responded straight away
Lift was a bit clunky , sensors were low and nearly cut my wife in half so don’t press button until everyone is in lift

Best location in Bologna! Fantastic restaurants right outside the door. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Nice views of the city. Also, we were able to check in early, which was really great after a red eye flight and train ride.
