The regular check-in time is until 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., the fee is 35 euros from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 65 euros from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. After midnight: €120.
WHAT MAKES CA'ROSA TRULY SPECIAL?
Luxurious decor, including antique trunks, antique Venetian and Oriental furniture, Murano glass chandeliers, and other special touches. It is COMFORTABLE, QUIET, CLEAN, and CENTRAL (5 minutes from Rialto and 15 minutes from San Marco). Early check-ins are permitted if possible. Luggage storage is available (unlocked). TAP WATER is SAFE TO DRINK.
Ca'Rosa FioRita is a lovely, recently renovated apartment that elegantly combines modern and antique furniture from the 20th century.
It is located right in the heart of Venice, but there will be no noise to disturb your stay. It’s also easy to walk to the Rialto Bridge (5 minutes), St. Mark’s Square (15 minutes), and all the other beautiful sights in Venice.
Ca’Rosa features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Located on the first floor and overlooking a large garden, the apartment is flooded with natural light throughout the day.
The meeting point is right at the apartment. Once your booking is confirmed, Airbnb will provide you with the exact location and address. You can reach the apartment in the following ways:
• From the AIRPORT—take the Aerobus to Piazzale Roma, then walk to the apartment (15 minutes). If you have heavy luggage, you can also take the boat, Line 1, to San Tomà and then walk to the apartment.
• From the Venezia Santa Lucia train STATION or from the Piazzale Roma bus stop, you can walk (15 min) or take the boat, Line 1, to San Tomà and then walk to the apartment.
The official check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but, if possible, we’d like to allow guests to check in earlier. Please let us know if this applies to you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For evening arrivals, check-in is still possible for an additional fee, as listed in the house rules.
Water Taxi – If you’d prefer to take a taxi for a faster and more comfortable trip, we can book one for you. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of everything.

Great apartment that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable, and there was room to hang clothes. It was nice to be a little way from the main square because it was quiet at night, so we kept the windows open. It was very easy to reach the main attractions and other parts of Venice by walking or by water bus. The host met us at the apartment and provided a lot of helpful information. Wonderful communicator. I highly recommend this apartment!

A beautiful apartment, walking distance to nearly everything.The apartment is very conveniently located not too far from everything, but not right on top of anything. It seemed to always be a 10 minute walk to get to wherever we wanted to go. It is also located on a relatively quiet street, up one flight of stairs, and you hear nothing at all from below. For us, this apartment was a peaceful escape.The place itself is really, really nice. Everything was spotless and stylishly decorated. The bedrooms were spacious enough to live out of your suitcases spread out on the floor without them getting in the way. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is really nice. You will have a hard time doing better than this apartment.Val was an awesome host! Val has family in the building, so she is easily available. Check-in was seamless. She appeared immediately and explained everything. Val made everything so easy. But she also went way above and beyond, volunteering to call the airport to help arrange my lost luggage delivery. It was a literal miracle having an Italian speaker with an Italian phone number just step up and take over. I am so grateful to her for her gracious help. And then when I left my ID and Euros behind, she notified me and figured out how to get them to me.I have stayed at places where contacting the host is like pulling teeth, even for the initial check-in. This place is the polar opposite. If you need something, she is already there and eager to help.
