Modern and cozy apartment with underfloor heating on the 1st floor, newly furnished in March 2025 following a comprehensive renovation. Approx. 68 square meters plus a covered loggia with a view of the southern Odenwald and northern Black Forest. 1 living room with a smart TV and a sleeper sofa for 2 people. 1 modern kitchen-living room with an oven, induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds (210x180). 1 bathroom with a view of Hambach Castle.
Take a break at VineSinn! A completely renovated house from 1928 with special charm, nestled among the vineyards of the Southern Wine Route. The high-quality apartments on the upper floor and top floor will be completed in March 2025. Modern and cozy at the same time. Sleep in the vineyard in cozy box-spring beds for a relaxing vacation’s rest. Dogs are welcome upon request (surcharge: 30.00 EUR). Your e-bikes or regular bikes can also be stored in the garage upon request, including charging facilities. Cheers!
