Nice flat on the top floor with pretty views over the river and hills. The host was very kind and happy to answer all of our questions. They were flexible about check in and check out. It is a good price for a whole appartement. And it was nice and clean!

Note that it is on the top floor, no lift;) we dis not mind this but if you have heavy luggage it might be important. If you plan to cook, the kitchen and tools are very basic. We did manage to cook a simple meal though!

The views from the windows are great, a pity that you can only see it while standing. Its close to the shops and restaurants. When the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the host came quickly to repair it. He was flexible with arrival times. If the host would fix some of the issues in the apartment, I think it could be a 10!

The place has not been well kept, it is behind on repairs (e.g. windows, air-conditioning is not working well) and it was not clean (dirt pushed in a corner in the bathroom). The toilet was leaking and the windows could not open due to curtain rods hanging in the way. The kitchen facilities are very, very limited, and the cupboards and utensils were dirty. All in all, would not recommend.
