I had a horrible experience with this property. I had already paid the full price for the apartment, but when I arrived and asked for the door code, they refused to give it to me. It turns out they demand an extra €225 deposit, which was never clearly stated. This rule was hidden and no one told me about it in advance. Information about such a deposit should be written in large, bold letters before booking. I was left outside because of this hidden fee and they refused to send my payment back. Do not recommend!

Dirty property, safety issues, no refund

Overall the experience was very disappointing. The cleaning was below any reasonable standard: the place did not feel properly cleaned when I arrived (unprepated beds with dirty linen, dirty surfaces, bathroom not properly cleaned, and an overall feeling that it had not been prepared for a guest). It was not what I expected based on the photos and description.The communication with the host was also poor. When I contacted them about the problems with the accommodation and my concerns, my messages were ignored or not properly answered. This left me feeling stuck with issues that should have been resolved quickly and professionally. It was finally rectified after ours of waiting and misleading communications but my companions already booked elsewhere due to stress. On top of that, there was a serious concern about security and data privacy. Shortly after making the booking, I received a suspicious scam message on whatsapp from an outside number referencing my reservation, which made me feel that my booking details were not properly protected. This completely destroyed my trust in both the property and the process.When I tried to resolve everything and request a refund, neither the property nor Booking.com provided real help. I was left without support and without a fair refund, even though I clearly reported the cleaning issues, communication problems, and the suspicious contact. Because of all this, I cannot recommend this property. I would strongly advise other guests to think twice before booking here unless the owners and Booking.com significantly improve cleanliness, communication, and guest support.
