Everything! It was exactly as described. The location was quiet and the space clean. Everything was well explained with English and / or pictures. There was a great rack at the entrance for storage.

Nothing!

Great location to supermarkets, conbinis, vending machines, downtown Sangenjaya, and both Sangenjaya Station as well as Nishi-Tashido Station; AC and Wifi work great; TV has easy HDMI connection; Quiet immediate neighborhood; Fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, pots, pan, and silverware are provided along with additional cleaning supplies under the kitchen; washing machine in house with plenty of hanging space in unit and on the balcony

Not a lot of navigation nor countertop space, depending on what you want to cook, you will be cramped; There are no clothing drawers so you will need to wardrobe out of your luggage (small hanger space is included); Because moving around the hallways and the bedroom is tight, you may inevitably scratch yourself against the walls. They are made of a punishing material so please be careful as you will get scratches in the process; You will likely need to leave the toilet door open when on the john, it's too cramped otherwise
