The staff was fantastic. Easy access to public transportation and a nice clean room. The design is made for 1 or 2 nights and served us well.

We weee grateful for the AC! Our room was perfect for 3 of us. Clean, comfortable beds. The locked luggage room was ideal for exploring the city after we checked out but before our train departed in the afternoon.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were very kind and helpful, especially Ms. Rodriguez. I greatly appreciated her recommendations. The breakfast offered a good selection of items.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast service. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and given the hotel's international clientele, having more English-speaking staff available would enhance the guest experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and all the staff were friendly and very helpful and I have to mention Hugo who was so helpful when I left my phone on the train and he managed to help me, sadly no phone. The breakfast was great and a good selection of dishes with lovely brown bread. I would highly recommend this hotel
