Welcome to Prinsenhof 10, a brand-new holiday home offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. This single-storey, air-conditioned home accommodates six guests and features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern en-suite bathroom. One of these bathrooms includes a toilet and is not separated from the bedroom by a door. The other two bathrooms do not have toilets. There is also a separate guest toilet in the hallway, bringing the total to two toiletsin the home. The property is fully equipped with a stylish open-plan kitchen featuring an island, Quooker boiling-water tap, combination oven and dishwasher, as well as a concealed utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This home is entirely gas-free and fitted with a sustainable heat pump, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and environmentally conscious stay.



The low-maintenance garden is perfect for outdoor living, with a dining table for eight, a comfortable lounge set, two sunbeds, and a manual sunshade. A large sliding door connects the living room with the terrace. All windows have mosquito screens, and the house is equipped with underfloor heating throughout. The garden is bordered by a hedge at the front, providing privacy so you can fully enjoy your stay.




This holiday home is located on a lovely private plot, surrounded by trees and greenery, creating a peaceful, natural setting. At the front, there is a small artificial grass area, perfect for relaxing or play. With three spacious private parking spots, the house is also easily accessible via the Grevelingen entrance of the Noordzeepark.
