このアパートメント について
A comfortable, elegant, and spacious apartment just a stone's throw from the Duomo. Ideal for enjoying all the beauty the city has to offer and spending an unforgettable vacation in Florence, in its oldest neighborhood (San Giovanni). Extremely central: all the most important monuments and points of interest in the historic city center, as well as restaurants and stores featuring the world’s leading fashion brands, are within walking distance.
The train station and the “San Marco” tram stop are just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is on the second floor and can be easily reached by elevator or via a wide, historic staircase. A whirlpool tub/shower is available. If you need additional linens for the sofa bed, there will be an extra charge of €50.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberto’s Villa. We didn’t realise how amazing the location was really going to be. It was the best location and was a lovely spacious apartment for the three of us. It was quiet and safe. We ended up even booking for another night we enjoyed the apartment and Florence so much. The aircon was a massive bonus staying in the middle of a heat wave, it made our stay amazing. If we go back to Florence I wont stay anywhere else. If you are looking for a great located central apartment that is clean, quiet, safe and easy to deal with. This is your sign to book!! Thank you Roberto (and Mila) for our stay.

Very nice, clean apartment 1.5 blocks from the Cattedrale di Santa Maria. The host and his team were great to work with. Timely communication and he graciously let us into the apartment earlier than the standard check-in time. The kitchen has everything you'll need - full refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster and moka pot for coffee. The bathroom has a full tub and shower, and the washer/dryer unit. The bedroom was clean with plenty of storage space. Great location, near all of the main sights and not far from a grocery store. The building is secure with an elevator to make it an easy trip with luggage.

The apartment is very close to most of the places we wanted to go. It is nicely decorated. I would have preferred to have a coffee maker. There was one in the cupboard but apparently it has been broken for some time. It would also be nice to have blinds in the bedroom. Given there are only sheers, we woke up with the sun.
