Our property offers a premier summer location just a 2-minute walk from the Peak 9 base area, which transforms into a hub for beautiful wildflower hikes and scenic alpine exploration during the warmer months. A short 10-minute walk brings you into historic downtown Breckenridge, home to bustling farmers markets, boutique shopping, vibrant outdoor patios, and summer festivals. Hiking enthusiasts can check out nearby trail networks or visit "Isak Heartstone," the famous 15-foot wooden trail troll hidden in the local forests.
