The vacation rental features a ground-level entrance and a sunny south-facing balcony with patio furniture. The living room is furnished in a cozy Allgäu style and features a pull-out sofa set, a dining set, a traditional tiled stove with a bench, as well as cable TV, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a modern stereo system.
The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and fully equipped with an electric stove with four burners, an exhaust fan, an oven, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a toaster, an electric bread slicer, a kettle, and dishes for up to six people.
The bedroom features a double bed, and a safe is built into the closet. The bathroom has floor-to-ceiling tile and features a bathtub with a shower enclosure.
A parking space is located right next to the house.
Our vacation complex is located on the outskirts of the health resort town of Missen-Wilhams in the beautiful Allgäu region of Bavaria.
Here you’ll find well-equipped vacation apartments and vacation homes with 34 to 94 square meters of living space. The properties are privately owned and have been lovingly and individually furnished by the owner.
The vacation village features a playground for children with a sandbox, a climbing frame, and swings—a great place for kids to make new friends.
Bedding and towels are not included in this accommodation but can be requested after booking (bedding €12.00, towel €2.30, bath towel 2.50 €, kitchen towel 1.10 €).
A washing machine and dryer are available at the front desk for a fee.
An internet and phone connection is not available in every apartment and is not included in the lease agreement. Outages and malfunctions do not entitle you to a rent reduction.
The apartments are rented out exclusively on behalf of and for the account of the respective owners.
The lease agreement is concluded with the apartment owner.
