A newly renovated apartment located in the most convenient part of Florence, you’ll have the chance to stay in the most exclusive area of our city in complete comfort. The apartment is quiet and very bright. An elevator is available to take you up to our “industrial-chic” style residence. Its greatest assets are its beauty and its central location:

Dimora dè Federighi is located on the second floor of a beautiful, recently renovated building in the heart of Florence’s historic center. You can access it via a flight of stairs or a convenient elevator. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a bright, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. The apartment faces two directions—both the main street and the inner courtyard—so it’s very bright! Continuing on, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a solid wood table and TV; air conditioning, and a beautiful “Chesterfield”-style sofa bed. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small study that can be used as an office. The furnishings have been carefully selected to create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. All the furniture and furnishings are made of high-quality materials and are visually striking. The floors are covered with warm hardwood parquet. You’ll have a cozy little gem just a stone’s throw from all of Florence’s major artistic attractions. Just down the street, you’ll find countless shops, boutiques, restaurants, markets, bars, tobacco shops, and everything else you need.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, and extra pillows and blankets.
