A stressful and disappointing stay due to access issues, slow support and a broken elevator.
We arrived at 10 PM after a very long journey with our one-year-old child, in cold and rainy weather, and the entry code simply did not work. Despite following all instructions correctly, we could not access the building. Calling support was extremely frustrating; it took a long time to reach a real person, and we were repeatedly told we must be at the wrong building or using the code incorrectly. Only after sending photos and video proof did anyone take the situation seriously.
It took almost an hour for someone to arrive, and they confirmed the entry keypad was broken. We finally entered the apartment after midnight. Support had promised compensation, which seemed reasonable given the circumstances, but afterwards there was no follow-up, no apology, and no compensation. Completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the elevator stopped working the next day. For a property advertised as newly opened and comfortable, this was extremely disappointing. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, but some dishes were not properly cleaned, which was surprising considering we were told we were the very first guests.
Overall, the arrival experience was unacceptable and stressful, especially with a small child and after a long trip. A place can have nice design, but without reliable access and proper support, the stay becomes a problem. I expected a much higher level of service.
