Welcome to Klaudia Simma! This beautiful, ground-floor apartment in a quiet location for 2 to 4 people offers you a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
The apartment is smoke-free and is located right next to the cross-country ski trail. A terrace with seating is available for your use. There are 2 separate wooden bedrooms; one of them is brand-new and furnished with oak. Each room has a TV and a sink.
New kitchen with a dining area.
A crib and high chair are also available.
Bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet. Boot dryer.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The Simma vacation apartment in Mellau is quietly located on the outskirts of town with a view of the Kanisfluh. This ground-floor apartment offers approximately 60 m² of living space, including two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private terrace. Ideal for 2–4 people—whether a family, a couple, or a small group. Wi-Fi, parking, and a crib (upon request) are available. The center of Mellau, restaurants, shopping, and the valley station of the Mellau-Damüls mountain railways are just a few minutes’ walk away. In winter, cross-country ski trails are right nearby. For stays of three nights or more, the Bregenzerwald Guest Card is included—offering free rides on mountain railways and buses, as well as free admission to outdoor swimming pools. The ideal starting point for hikes, ski days, and relaxation in the great outdoors in the Bregenzerwald. Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
On-site fees: Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. We are happy to provide a crib upon request. Payment is due on site. For stays of 3 nights or more, the Bregenzerwald Guest Card is included during the summer. Please note: Austrian hotel contract terms and conditions apply.
