The beds in the “bedroom” are ok. Normal mattresses. But the bedroom is not filled walled off, so no sound privacy if someone needs to stay up later in the main space.
The beds in the open space are really terrible. You are just lying on springs. If you put the “mattress” from the roll away beds( just an egg foam) on top of the bed mattress it helps a whole lot. Also make CERTAIN you bring an eye mask for sleeping. Otherwise you will get ZERO sleep. There is a sign across the street that flashes like a strobe light every 15-20 seconds and makes the entire room as bright as a disco. There are no black out curtains to block this. And the beds are right next to a door with zero curtains. The walls and ceiling are concrete and the light just refers and bounces everywhere. It’s kind of a torture chamber without an eye mask.
There is a definite sewer smell that comes .out of the big bathroom. If you plug the bathtub it seems to help. Also the big white bathtub is just plastic and is not secured at all to the floor. Not sure how it actually drains like that? But if you are going to try to use it, don’t lean on it to start the water or bump it or it just moves across the floor.
The shower drain is terrible. It does not drain well and gets water all over the bathroom floor. Best to build a wall with towels around it to try to keep the floor dry.
The other toilet room will fill with food smells when there is cooking in other places of the building. So keep it closed or the whole apartment will have very strong food smells.
