The Space:

Please note: The terrace is a shared space located on the 3rd floor only. There is another terrace on the 5th floor, but it is strictly off-limits and must not be accessed. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and leaving any trash or mess in the terrace area are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine or additional charges.

There’s some daytime construction nearby as the neighborhood grows. You might hear a bit of noise, but nothing too disruptive.
