This modern, newly renovated, and fully furnished apartment features two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, and a living room with a sleeper sofa.
You enter the apartment through a spacious entryway that guarantees a warm welcome.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso and French press), etc. The highlight of the kitchen is the modern coffee bar.
The spacious living room features a cozy seating area and a modern dining area with an extendable solid-wood table and a 98-inch flat-screen TV.
The kitchen and living room open onto the spacious, heated loggia, which is perfect for enjoying a cozy breakfast or other meals “outdoors” all year round.
The bathroom features a large bathtub with a shower enclosure.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via the stairwell. It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by greenery.
A maximum of 1 parking space (carport) is available for guests at the house.
