Highly recommend. Super clean and modern. Location is close to Nakano station and Nakano Broadway about a 2 minute walk. We had a two bedroom suite that seemed enormous compared to other Tokyo hotels and rentals where we stayed. The nightly rate was about the same as what we were paying for a short-term rental per night. Most communication was done by email but got responses within minutes. We stayed three nights over two.instances.

There was no 24-hour staff. Storing luggage before check-in was not really available. Storing luggage after checkout was not allowed. It was self check-in. But it worked out okay. The mattress was firmer than what I would prefer personally.

Fantastic location. I particularly like that there are laneways on the doorstep. After being out all day, it’s great to get back to the hotel and not have to go far for dinners and drinks. And so close to Nakano Station. Another big bonus.

The room is on the small side so you have to pretty much step over your cases/bags. There is a small, functional kitchen, which for me, took up precious space. But maybe there is a need in Japan for hotels with kitchens.

Good location in the heart of Nakano, right in the restaurant area, but taxis cannot access. Good value for money. Decent size room and washing machine in room. Room was quiet despite location. Good bathroom, good air-conditioning. I would make sure you are familiar with the district before booking. Staff were helpful when asked. Easy access to train station and many shops.

Lift was not operational until final day of stay. Staff not always there and not in any kind of uniform, but helpful when required. Room was very close to lobby which sometimes had groups of people chatting in it. Room is a good size for Tokyo but layout was awkward. No view. No taxi/car access. If you like being within a busy restaurant area it is great, but I prefer a little separation - at least a street!
