Spacious for our group of 5. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location for what we wanted to do (Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite). Quiet community.

This property needs a deep cleaning and updating. Carpets are pretty stained in the living area and in the bedrooms. It smelled like dog, even though no pets are allowed.(we saw several in the community while we were there). Bathrooms need deep cleaning and updating (lots of wear). Floors were sticky in the dining and kitchen area. Like they were mopped but not rinsed. I didn't notice that the unit doesn't have a/c but for August, it was still very pleasant with the windows open. It's not a terrible place, just needs some TLC.
