The apartment at Allgäuer Bergerlebnis, which includes an INDOOR POOL, is new and lovingly furnished in a country-style. The apartment and house offer many amenities for a relaxing vacation: great amenities, a balcony, an indoor pool (4.7 x 11.5 m and approx. 26° C), a large garden with a grill, an outdoor seating area with garden furniture, a covered bike storage area, a ski storage room, and a laundry room (coin-operated washing machine). The train station, Fiskina (spa administration), and shopping options (butcher, bakery, discount store) are within a 5–10-minute walk, as are the cross-country ski trail, ski lift, and ice rink in winter. Parking spaces at the house subject to availability

Living/sleeping area with fold-down bed, separate kitchen with dining area, bathroom (shower/toilet), hallway, balcony (view of the Rubi and Nebelhorn), cable TV, mini-oven.
Included in the rental price: Indoor pool (excluding maintenance and repair periods), bed linens/towels, final cleaning, visitor’s tax

On-site costs: 1-room non-smoking apartment, 30 m²; pets not allowed. A deposit of 30% of the total price or a minimum of €100.00 is required at the time of booking; the balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. In case of a no-show or cancellation, 90% of the accommodation price will be charged, unless we are able to rent the apartment to someone else. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
