We are happy to welcome you to our apartment: modern, comfortable, and ready to offer you a pleasant stay!
We’re located in VERONA, home of ROMEO and JULIET, a cradle of art and history.
In just 5 minutes, you can be at the gates of the ARENA amphitheater, and in 2 minutes in the heart of Piazza delle Erbe
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults; we also have a crib and a sofa bed for 2 children.
Once you’ve picked up the keys, you’ll have access to the apartment.
Immediately upon entering, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
Moving on, you’ll find the living area with a large sofa that spans the entire length of the wall.
The sleeping area features two bathrooms and two double bedrooms
Each room is equipped with air conditioning that can be controlled separately.
As soon as you make your reservation, we’ll get in touch. If you have any questions, feel free to message me, and I’ll try to respond as quickly as possible
To comply with Italian regulations, we are required to register all guests staying in the apartment; therefore, once the reservation is made, we will ask you to present your documents upon arrival—this is the standard procedure that all accommodations must follow.
In addition, the City of Verona requires payment of the tourist tax.
It is 3.5 euros per person for each night’s stay.
Children under 14 are exempt.
