This villa is a first-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath villa in a landscaped wooded setting in East Beach. Come enjoy the natural beauty outside and the upgrades inside. The screened-in porch has a lagoon view and a new comfy seating arrangement – perfect for alligator spotting and bird watching. The villa is close to Turtle Point Golf Course and Clubhouse, tennis courts, and The Sanctuary. It is a short walk or a 3-minute bike ride to the beach. The unit has a renovated kitchen and granite counters, with new carpets and fresh paint throughout, in addition to three flatscreen smart TVs (in living and master) and free 400Mbps high-speed internet and WiFi. Your family-friendly dog is welcome for a small nightly fee. Perfect place to experience Kiawah. Screen porch was a great place to relax and socialize, overlooking a pond with the joy of watching the pond wildlife. Kitchen was fully equipped with nice added extras. Central location to explore Kiawah, easy walk to the beach.

Being a first floor unit, the two-bedroom Turtle Cove condo was appreciated since we have a limited mobility traveler within our group.
