Die Lage dieses Apartments war perfekt, es liegt am Ende eines Innenhofes … Um in den Hof zu gelangen müssen erst 2 Tore mit einer Tastenkombination geöffnet werden… ( keine ungebetenen Gäste möglich!) Restaurants, Cafés und ein Monoprix (ua Supermarkt) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment ist sauber und geräumig, hat ein wirklich gemütliches Bett, ausreichend Schrankplatz und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Check my guest) war stets einwandfrei. Bei der Abreise konnten wir sogar unsere Koffer dort im Büro unterstellen.(ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß v der Wohnung entfernt)

Da das Appartment im 3. Stock liegt und und nur über eine relativ enge Wendeltreppe (Holzstiegen) erreichbar ist, war die Ankunft etwas beschwerlich. Doch sobald das Gepäck oben war, spielte das keine Rolle mehr. Ein weiteres kleines Manko war, dass der Abfluss im Bad manchmal etwas muffig roch, was aber in Paris schon mal vorkommen kann…

La ducha fue difícil de utilizar

The price for a spacey apartment in the Marais area was very good. The apartment itself has been renovated and is quiet, safe and nice. The apartment is large and the Marais area of Paris where it is locais wonderful. I didn't cook but the set-up looked good. There was a problem with the fridge over icing but the repairman was already scheduled, so that shouldn't be a future problem. Also, note that the area has a big park across the street and many little restaurant and cafes.

Collecting the keys 3 blocks away and the three flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. If the keys could be kept a bit closer, it would be a lot more convienient, because dragging my luggage through the streets, up and down curbs just to get the keys was not convenient. The managers were although very helpful and sent a helper who also carried my luggage up the stairs, which I greatly appreciated.

Property is nice. A little bit dated now with signs of multiple people having stayed.
