Stayed here for only 1 week and loved everything about my stay there! It's such a good place since I'm an introvert. Check in and out is handled with a tablet. Very close to Osaka metro and a lot of eatery. Facilities wise, I'm extremely satisfied since everything is provided and I really mean everything; Soap for washing machine, dish soap, extra tissues, complimentary water, microwave, etc. Place was extremely comfortable and quiet. I had no issues whatsoever. If ever I'm going to stay in Osaka again, 9/10 I'll choose this place again.

I honestly did not like anything. My stay was perfect for my liking. For some though, the lack of entertainment i.e tv might be a problem but it wasn't for me
