St. Johann/Tirol: Ideal location directly on the valley run - ski-in/ski-out. House "Hochfeld", 2 storeys, surrounded by meadows. 6 apartments in the property. Outside the resort, 3.7 km from the centre of St. Johann in Tirol, on a slope. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Narrow motor access, except in winter 110 m. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (in winter extra), in winter 110 m on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 3.7 km, restaurant 280 m, pedestrian zone 3 km, bus stop 3.6 km, railway station 3.6 km, bathing lake "Schwarzsee" 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, chair lift 3 km, slopes 30 m, ski rental 2.4 km, ski school 2.4 km. Nearby attractions: Kitzbühel 12 km, Casino Kitzbühel 12 km.
